Parker received excellent support from compatriot Erin Farbi who landed the B string with a putt of 6.09m. The same combination also gained valuable points in the discus placing 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The only other win for the under 13 girls came in the B high jump with Georgia Usher clearing 1.20m. It was a good day for Bicester in this event as Ben Groves achieved a win in the under 13 boy’s event clearing 1.30m whilst Tom Couzens took 2nd in the under 15 boy’s event with a leap of 1.45m. There were also 2nd places in the B events for Holly Hunter in the 1500 metres and Charlotte Hewett in the 75m hurdles.
