Pre COVID-19, today should have been the first day of Summer training!
So, instead we are launching training videos and written sessions the athletes can access whilst at home.
Hopefully this will keep the athletes engaged during this unusual time and go some way to preparing them should we suddenly end up being able to resume training and competitions.
We have created home training guides for under 11s, 13s and 15s+ accessible on google drive via the links below.
The guides will include written sessions outlining activities and drills focusing on a range of events.
We will also be creating video sessions demonstrating the written sessions. These videos can be found on Bicester Athletic Club’s YouTube channel and via the links on the training guides.
We aim to post up 2 sessions a week for each age group, reminders as to when they are posted will go out on the club’s facebook page. Remember to keep checking the google drive documents and YouTube as they will be updated regularly.
Make sure you follow the warm up session before any activity and always follow current Government COVID-19 guidelines regarding social distancing.
