Bicester Athletic Club youngsters turned out in force as club chairman Steve Flynn made a special presentation to club coach Meera Majithia following the news that she will be leaving the club as she moves to Colchester to take up a new job.
Meera joined the club as a youngster and started coaching at the age of 15 and staying with the club until she went to university. After graduating at the age of 21 she re-joined the club and has been a coach ever since. She will be greatly missed by the many youngsters who have benefited from her athletic coaching expertise.
