We hope you are all well.

To complement the sessions being posted by Emma on our face book page, Terrice is going to plan a circuits style session that can be done in the comfort of your own home. We will issue a session each week, here are two sessions to get you started.

Circuit 1

WARM UP Repeat x 3

15 X SQUATS

15 X STEP AND LUNGE

15 X ICE SKATER

REPEAT each section 2-3 depending on how long you want to do, suggest 1 mins rest between each section, pump the music up and enjoy!

  1. Mountain climbers x 30

           Press ups x10

            Plank x 30 seconds

  • Squat jumps x 15

Ab crunches x 10

Side plank x 30 seconds (right side down)

  • High knees x 30

Triceps dips x 10

Side plank x 30 seconds (left side down)

Stretch

Circuit 2

WARM UP Repeat x 3

15 x Squats

15 x Step and lunge

15 x Ice skater

Each exercise performed for 40 seconds with 40-1minute rest between stations/exercises. Pump the tunes, get everyone involved.

  1. Wall sit
  2. V sits
  3. Burpees
  4. High plank
  5. Mountain climbers
  6. Ab crunches
  7. Squat jumps
  8. Leg raises
  9. Running on the spot
  10. Press ups

Stretch.
