Bicester AC’s Leo Blyton continues to perform to a high level.  He finished a good 2nd in heat 6 of the 1500 metres at the recent Oxford City AC Midweek open.  Blyton produced an EA PB level 8 time of 4mins 23.67secs.  Erlgean Appiahkorang-Mensah does not compete in many 200m races but he was rewarded on the evening with not only a win in his heat of the 200m but a new best of 24.70secs.
