Bicester AC had three competitors at the Oxford Half Marathon run in October and all emerged with personal bests.  The race attracted 9,584 finishers with George Grassly winning in 65mins 31secs.

Bicester AC’s Noah Gulvin, who competes in the under 20 male category and was therefore one of the youngest runners in the race, produced a splendidly paced run smashing his previous best over the course by over 15 minutes as he ducked under the 80 minute barrier to place 111th clocking 1hr 19mins 45secs.  This was an improvement of 847 placings on his previous year effort.

Amy Gould  ran her first ever first half marathon and finished in 2,331th position clocking 1hr 45mins 36secs.  Bicester’s other finisher was Joshua Bradley, also making his debut at the half marathon and placing 6,338th in 2hours 9mins 59secs.
