Three Bicester AC athletes took in the recently held Thame 10km. Bicester’s Finley Colverson-Martin was defending the crown that he won last year. However after a good cross country season, injury and exams have affected Colverson-Martin’s fitness. That said Colverson-Martin produced a decent run to finish 11th out of the 574 finishers clocking a decent looking 36mins 24secs. He was still the leading under 17 male runner finishing over a minute clear of the next male under 17 finisher.
Bicester’s Jenny Critchley has also been held up with exams and injury so she did well to place 79th clocking 44mins 24secs. She was the leading female under 17 finisher. Bicester’s other finisher was Arran Critchley who broke the 50 minute barrier for the first time with a 49mins 58secs clocking finishing in top third of finishers in 181st place.
